Home care and key holding on the Costa del Sol

Do you own a home on the Costa del Sol but don't live here all year and don't want to rent it out? We will look after it while you are away, so you can be sure everything is in order.

What home care includes

• Regular inspections – on a schedule agreed with you, e.g. weekly or every two weeks
• Checking for problems – leaks, flooding, damp, installations, windows and doors
• Airing the property to prevent damp and unpleasant smells
• Mail collection and letting you know about important letters
• Key holding – safe storage of your property keys
• Letting in tradespeople and suppliers and keeping an eye on their work
• Preparing your home before you arrive – airing and, on request, cleaning and fresh bed linen

You always know what's happening

After every visit we let you know how things are. If something needs fixing, we suggest a solution straight away – repairs can be done by our own renovation team.
